Victory Venkatesh is busy with the promotions of his latest film Venky Mama which will release tomorrow. On this occasion, we caught up with him for a detailed interview. Here is the transcript.
Looks like you are charged up with the film’s release?
Yes, I am. There is some force going along with me and I am enjoying all the promotions and am waiting for the film to release. I just wanted to see how the audience is going to react to the film.
Your relationship with Chay?
Chay has been a very favorite kid for all of us right from the childhood. This is the first time I am acting with him and the story has been set perfectly for us. He has been learning with each film and is taking good decisions in his career. He is very grounded and that is his best quality.
How do you stay so positive in life?
I feel that one should know what our weaknesses are and what we need to stay focused in life. One should keep on learning and do what suits the best for you. I feel that having such a career is a big bonus and take every day as a challenge.
What kind of similarities you and Chay have in common?
Both of us are quite reserved in real life. We have that discipline in terms of timings and think a lot on the sets. Careerwise, Chay is learning from his mistakes.
You have been acting with young heroes these days. How do you feel?
I have learned a lot from these young heroes. What they are up to in life and how they are going about with their role, all these things I have learned from Chay and Varun Tej.
There are so many things in the trailer. Do you think it will connect with the audience?
Yes, there are a lot of aspects of the film which the audience will love. There is comedy, drama, and emotion all packed well in the film and I hope it will be loved by the audience.
Do you have any dream projects in life?
I do not have any dream projects in life. I live by the day and plan things one at a time. Luckily, I had a great family how designed things for me so nicely through my career. My brother and father have taught me so much in life.
What about Asuran remake?
The project is set and will be directed by Srikanth Addala. The film will go on floors in Jan and will release in the summer of 2020.
