While NTR fans eagerly await the release of Fear Song from Devara, the latest news about the actor’s project with Prashanth Neel gave ample joy to the admirers. Accordingly, Dragon is said to be the title for this much-anticipated flick. A report in Bollywood media has revealed the story behind this title now.

“Bollywood filmmaker and distributor Karan Johar holds the rights to the Dragon title. For those who don’t know, Dragon was supposed to be the title for Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt’s high-budget fantasy drama before the makers changed it to Brahmastra. As NTR and Prashanth Neel’s project is a PAN Indian entertainer, the makers wanted to go ahead with a common title in all languages. When Neel and NTR approached Karan Johar for the title rights, the Hindi filmmaker took no time to give his nod,” stated the report.

According to the report, there was no monetary exchange for the title and it was purely Karan Johar’s kind gesture due to his equation with the Tollywood star actor. NTR fans are delighted with Karan’s gesture since Dragon is a solid title for a film featuring the powerhouse acting talent. On the other hand, Karan Johar is distributing NTR and Koratala Siva’s Devara in the Hindi heartland.
