The duo has been discussing ideas for the past year, and at last, Atlee has come up with an idea that impressed Salman Khan. Atlee delivered an industry hit with his first-ever Hindi film, and hence, the news about his association with Bollywood Megastar has drawn attention all over.

Right now, the director is busy writing the film’s screenplay. According to a report in Bollywood media, this mega project will also feature a top hero from South India. “Atlee wants to make it the biggest PAN Indian project by pulling off a casting coup,” mentioned the report. The Jawan director is said to have initiated the talks with a few South Indian stars already. Once Atlee is done with the script work, the shooting timelines will be decided.

There were rumors that Ranveer Singh would act alongside Salman Khan, but this latest report states otherwise. If the report turns out to be true, we need to see which South Indian A-lister will share the screen space with Salman Khan. Sun Pictures is likely to bankroll this flick. As of now, Salman Khan is busy shooting for Sikandar, which is being directed by another South director, AR Murugadoss.
