Champion, starring Roshan Meka, is the next release from the makers of Kalki 2898 AD. Directed by National Award-winning filmmaker Pradeep Advaitham, the film has returned to the spotlight after nearly two years.

On Roshan Meka’s birthday, the team unveiled a short glimpse of the film. While the teaser does not reveal much about the story, it confirms that Champion is a sports drama with Roshan playing a footballer. He sports a rugged look in the glimpse, and it remains to be seen how promising the content will be.

The film is currently in production under the banners of Swapna Cinema and Anandi Art Creations, with Mickey J Meyer composing the music. More updates are expected soon.
