How do you feel about working with Balakrishna again?
It’s always wonderful to work with Balakrishna sir – he’s like a lucky charm. Daaku Maharaaj is a unique project, and my role as Kaveri is exciting. I’m feeling positive and hope the audience enjoys my performance.
What’s your opinion on the director Bobby Kolli?
Bobby sir was the first director I met in the Telugu industry. Though we stayed in touch, this is our first collaboration. He’s calm and focused, even in tough situations, which made the shoot easy. Working with him has been a great experience.
Do you notice any differences in Nandamuri Balakrishna off-screen and on-screen?
Not really! Off-screen, he’s full of energy, always joking and sharing stories. On-screen, he transforms completely with unmatched intensity and dedication.
How was your experience working with Sithara Entertainments?
It’s been great working with Sithara Entertainments. They’re one of the top banners, and the team is very supportive. I hope to work with them again.
Were there any physical challenges during the shoot for Daaku Maharaaj?
Yes, Rajasthan’s heat and dust made it tough. I even fell sick early on, but the team’s support kept me going. Their dedication inspired me to give my best.
Daaku Maharaaj is releasing on your birthday. How does that feel?
It’s a blessing! Having the release on my birthday during Sankranti feels like a big celebration. I couldn’t be happier.
How was it working with music director Thaman?
Thaman is amazing! His music and background scores are incredible, and Rage of Daaku is my favorite. He always brings fresh energy to his work.
What have you learned professionally and personally from Balakrishna?
Discipline. He’s always early, dedicated, and passionate. Despite his stardom, he stays grounded and gives his best to every project. It’s truly inspiring.
