Kannada actress Rachita Ram, known to Telugu audiences for her role in the movie Super Machi, has reacted to the recent controversy involving Challenging Star Darshan Thoogudeepa, which has caused a stir in the film industry.
The Bulbul actress shared her thoughts on social media, stating she was writing not as an actress but as a common citizen. She expressed her condolences for Renuka Swamy, praying for his soul to rest in peace and for his family to find strength. Rachita Ram conveyed her hope that justice would prevail in the murder case.
She mentioned that Darshan, who had introduced her to the film industry and served as a ‘guru’ to her, had always guided her positively, making it difficult for her to believe he could be involved in such an incident. Rachita Ram last appeared alongside Darshan in the 2023 film Kranti. They had previously collaborated on Bulbul, Ambareesha, Amar, and Jaggu Dada.
