Bollywood actress Kajol Devgn, who recently starred in the Netflix original film Do Patti, is making headlines for her latest real estate investment. The 50-year-old actress has purchased a premium retail property in Goregaon, Mumbai.
As per Bollywood media reports, the Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham actress acquired the property for Rs. 28.78 crore. The retail space, sold by Bharat Realty Ventures, features a RERA carpet area of 4,365 sq. ft. at a rate of Rs. 65,940 per sq. ft. It also includes dedicated parking for five cars.
On the professional front, Kajol is gearing up for her upcoming Bollywood movie Maa, a mythological horror thriller directed by Vishal Furia. The film is set to release on June 27, 2025.
