Raid, featuring Ajay Devgn and Ileana in the lead roles, was a super hit at the box office. Directed by Raj Kumar Gupta, the film is based on real-life incidents. Very recently, Raid was remade as Mr. Bachchan in Telugu. This year Raid team reunited for its sequel, Raid 2. There is a lot of anticipation for this project, as the first part was solid in terms of content.
Initially, it was announced that Raid 2 will release on November 15, 2024. There was a major reshuffling in Bollywood, and due to this, Raid was postponed to February 21, 2025. The latest update reveals that Raid 2 will arrive on May 1, 2025, instead of February.
Raid 2 is also directed by Raj Kumar Gupta. While Ritesh Deshmukh essays, the antagonist, Vaani Kapoor, will be seen in a crucial role. Raid 2 will likely clash with Rajinikanth and Lokesh Kanagaraj’s Coolie at the box office. T-Series is producing this Ajay Devgn starrer.
