Amaran: Fan-made poster ignoring Sai Pallavi sparks major trolling

Amaran is a smash hit at the box office, and one of the major reasons for its success is Sai Pallavi. Sivakarthikeyan played the main lead in the film, which was a biopic of Major Mukund.

On the occasion of the film grossing 300 crores at the box office, a few fans created a new poster that did not feature Sai Pallavi. As soon as the poster went viral, an online debate started, with comments being passed about how Sai Pallavi, who is a major reason for the film’s success, was ignored in the poster.

The likes of singer Chinmayi also commented on the matter and stated: “One of the most talented and beloved female artists in the South will still not find space in a success poster, shoulder to shoulder with a man. Rowdy Baby was what it was also because of the trippy vocals of Dhee. Anyway.”

Though Chinmayi later realized that it was a fan-made poster, she defended herself and continued to speak her mind about the new fan-made poster.

On the other hand, this discussion has created more uproar and so much is being said about how heroes feel insecure as Sai Pallavi dominates every film she is in, and the heroes often get sidelined when the film becomes a hit.

The same has happened with Amaran, as Sai Pallavi has hogged all the limelight and not many in the media are speaking about Sivakarthikeyan and his performance which is also top-notch.
