It is a known fact that Amazon Prime announced the global premiere of its first Telugu Original Movie, Ammu, releasing on October 19. The makers have released the trailer today.
Aiswarya Lekshmi plays the titular role and is seen as a woman who is facing domestic violence from her husband played by Naveen Chandra. The aspect of domestic violence is nicely showcased in the trailer.
Naveen Chandra, who is known to do some intense roles once again shines as a cop who tortures his wife. The BGM, visuals, and emotions are quite solid as per the promo.
Written and directed by Charukesh Sekar, the film is a drama thriller and will be available to stream in Telugu along with Tamil, Malayalam, Kannada, and Hindi on Prime video.
