Ranbir Kapoor’s Animal was an earth-shattering blockbuster at the ticket windows. The action drama directed by Sandeep Reddy Vanga is currently streaming on Netflix. A few are loving this action drama for its wildness and heroism, but a few are finding this flick problematic. This was expected, given the nature of the film.
Amidst all this fuss, Animal is on the verge of scoring a box office milestone, which was previously achieved by just two Hindi films. Till now, King Khan SRK’s Pathaan and Jawan are the only Hindi movies that earned more than 15 million dollars at the USA box office.
Animal is just a few dollars away from achieving this impressive feat. If we consider Indian cinema, Animal will be the fifth film to reach this figure after Baahubali 2, RRR, Pathaan, and Jawan. Animal got extraordinary numbers from Canada where the Punjabi population will be higher.
Rashmika Mandanna played the female lead, while Anil Kapoor, Bobby Deol, Tripthi Dimri, Charu Shankar, Babloo Prithveeraj, Shakti Kapoor, and others played key roles. Produced jointly by T-Series and Bhadrakali Pictures, the film’s score is composed by Harshavardhan Rameshwar.
