The Malayalam film industry is shining with back-to-back blockbusters in the form of Premalu and Bramayugam. Today, another Malayalam movie named Manjummel Boys hit the big screens, and it is off to a flying start at the ticket windows. The movie had solid buzz even before its release, and the same was reflected in the advance bookings.
Manjummel Boys is a survival thriller based on a real incident where a few friends set out on a journey to Kodaikanal. The movie features Soubin Shahir, Sreenath Basi, Balu Varghese, Ganapati S Poduval, Jean Paul Lal, Deepak Parambol, Abhiram Radhakrishnan, Arjun Kurian, and others in pivotal roles.
The reviews are positive as well and the movie is expected to have a terrific weekend ahead. Manjummel Boys is directed by Chidambaram and is produced by Soubin Shahir and Shawn Antony under the banner of Parava Films. Sushin Shyam composed the tunes.
