The stage is all set for the grand launch of Tollywood Superstar Mahesh Babu and numero uno director SS Rajamouli’s highly anticipated film, tentatively titled SSMB29. The launch ceremony will be taking place this morning at 10 AM at the Aluminium Factory in Hyderabad, with Mahesh Babu, Rajamouli, and the film’s core cast and crew members in attendance.
And here’s an exciting buzz that’s sure to leave the fans of the actor-director duo elated. As per the latest report published by a Bollywood portal, SSMB29 will be made as a two-part franchise. While the first part of this globe-trotting jungle adventure is set to go on floors in April this year and hit theaters in 2027, the second and final installment will be released in cinemas in 2029. To be made with a staggering budget of Rs 1,000 crore, SSMB29 is Rajamouli’s most ambitious film to date, and he has already dedicated more than 2 years to this project.
Following RRR’s global success, Rajamouli’s popularity rose across the oceans. He is in talks with leading Hollywood studios to ensure SSMB29 gets a wide international release.
