Naga Chaitanya forayed into the digital world with the horror thriller web series Dhootha. The show, directed by Vikram K. Kumar, was a whopping blockbuster with a record-breaking viewership on Prime Video. Dhootha received terrific reviews, and it gave massive relief to the Akkineni actor, who faced a series of flops.

The latest buzz on social media suggests that Naga Chaitanya might be part of one more web series titled Maya Sabha, which will be helmed by Deva Katta. In the past, Naga Chaitanya and Deva Katta worked on the political action drama Autonagar Surya. It is said that Deva Katta and Chaitanya’s web series will also fall under the political drama genre.

Further, it is being speculated that Aadhi Pinishetty would play the other lead role. The series is said to be inspired by the political careers of AP CM Chandra Babu Naidu and late YS Rajasekhar Reddy. The show will reportedly premiere on the Sony LIV platform. We need to wait for an official confirmation, though. Will Naga Chaitanya continue his journey in OTT, or will he do only feature films? Let’s see what happens.
