Bollywood star Saif Ali Khan made a striking debut in Tollywood with the recently released pan-India action drama, Devara. Also starring NTR and Janhvi Kapoor in lead roles, the Koratala Siva directorial has turned out to be a huge grosser at the global box office by amassing close to Rs 525 crore.
Meanwhile, speculations about Saif’s remuneration for Devara are going viral in film circles. Apparently, the National Award-winning actor has been paid a staggering Rs 12 crore to portray the menacing Bhaira’s character in this high-budget entertainer. The film’s second part is expected to hit theaters towards the end of the next year.
Following his terrific portrayal of Bhaira, Saif has become a hot property in the T-town, and several top directors and producers are keen on collaborating with the star hero. Needless to say, all eyes will be on Devara 2.
