If the latest buzz in Bollywood circles is anything to go by, popular Malayalam actor Prithviraj Sukumaran recently purchased a plush duplex house in Mumbai’s Pali Hill area. This is the Aadujeevitham star’s second property in India’s financial and entertainment capital.
As per the latest reports, Prithviraj became the proud owner of a sprawling new duplex worth Rs 30.60 crore that spans approximately 2971 square feet. The duplex also has four dedicated parking spaces. Prithviraj reportedly paid Rs 1.84 crore stamp duty while registering the property under the name of Prithviraj Productions Private Limited with a fee of Rs 30,000. With this latest purchase, Prithviraj has become a neighbor to several Bollywood stars living in the Pali Hill and Bandra areas.
Earlier, Prithviraj and his wife Supriya purchased a Rs 17 crore house in the Pali Hill locality. On the professional front, Prithviraj made a huge impression with his performance in Salaar and Aadujeevitham. The actor has Vilayath Buddha, Nobody, and L2: Empuraan in the pipeline.
