Famous comedian Vennela Kishore plays the protagonist in the crime thriller Srikakulam Sherlock Holmes. Written and directed by Writer Mohan, the film is produced by Vennapusa Ramana Reddy under the banner of Sri Ganapathi Cinemas, with Lasya Reddy presenting it. Today, the makers revealed the theatrical trailer.
The plot revolves around a series of murders on a beach, and the murder of a young girl named Mary becomes a sensation. The police find it tough to solve the case, and hence they hire a private detective known for his proactive and creative approach. The detective narrows down the suspects to seven, including a couple of lovebirds from the village portrayed by Raviteja Mahadyam and Ananya Nagalla.
Writer Mohan seems to have penned the story in an engaging and suspenseful manner. Vennela Kishore brings the titular character to life with conviction. Siya Gautam plays a pivotal role as a police constable. Bahubali Prabhakar and Muralidhar Goud are playing other crucial roles.
Mallikarjun N’s cinematography is neat, capturing the tension and atmosphere of the thriller. Sunil Kashyap’s background score is impactful. The movie is set for its theatrical release on December 25th. Vamsi Nandipati, who distributed successful films like Ka, Polimera 2, and Committee Korrollu, is releasing Srikakulam Sherlock Holmes.
