Tillu Square, the standalone sequel to the blockbuster DJ Tillu, premiered in cinemas last Friday and emerged as a box office winner. Starring Siddhu Jonnalagda and Anupama Parameswaran as the lead pair, the movie is helmed by director Mallik Ram.
Megastar Chiranjeevi watched the film and graciously invited the team to his home. Siddhu Jonnalagadda, director Mallik Ram, one of the writers for the film, Kalyan Shankar, producer Suryadevara Naga Vamsi, and editor Navin Nooli gladly accepted his invitation.
Appreciating the team, he said, “My entire family loved DJ Tillu, and Siddhu Jonnalagadda is adored by everyone in our family as well. So, I eagerly awaited Tillu Square and watched it recently. Immediately, I wanted to invite the team and express my appreciation. Even after watching DJ Tillu, I invited Siddhu to my home and commended him.”
He praised director Mallik Ram, producer Suryadevara Naga Vamsi, and Kalyan Shankar for their combined efforts to make the film a blockbuster success. He also commended Navin Nooli for his editing efforts, which maintained the movie’s fast-paced rhythm.
He expressed his happiness at witnessing the team’s year-long dedication to crafting the film, acknowledging it as a commendable ensemble effort by the young team. Further, he lauded the team for delivering a wholesome entertainer and urged people not to heed those labeling it as an ‘adult comedy.’ Instead, he described the movie as ‘a family entertainer’ suitable for all audiences.
The makers thanked the Megastar for his generous praise and encouraged audiences to experience the movie in theaters for a complete family summer delight.
