Vijay Deverakonda is all set for an action-packed slate of films, starting with Gowtam Tinnanuri’s spy thriller, tentatively titled VD 12. Alongside this, he has two other exciting projects in the pipeline, including one directed by Rahul Sankrityan.
Adding to the anticipation, recent reports suggest that Arnold Vosloo, widely recognised for his iconic role in The Mummy, has been cast in a key role in VD 12. While an official announcement from the makers is still awaited, the buzz surrounding the film continues to grow.
Fueling further excitement, it’s rumoured that the acclaimed French cinematographer behind The Motorcycle Diaries—a film that inspired SS Rajamouli’s RRR—is in talks to join as the Director of Photography (DOP) for this ambitious period drama. However, this news too is yet to be officially confirmed.
