Naga Chaitanya’s PAN-Indian film Thandel is set to hit the big screens on February 7. The team is currently busy with the promotional campaign. A grand event is planned in Chennai, which will be graced by Karthi. In an interview, Chandoo Mondeti revealed that the film would be 2 hours and 25 minutes long.

Chandoo Mondeti said, “The final output is 2 hours and 25 minutes long. We wanted the runtime to be compact. I have to thank our editor, Navin Nooli. Thandel contains a lot of emotions. If I were allowed, the film would have been 2 hours and 45 minutes long. I felt a few aspects would be missed if those 20 minutes were trimmed.”

Chandoo Mondeti added, “Even after removing those 20 minutes, still the film looked good and conveyed everything I wanted to. Navin Nooli did an exemplary job. I am very much satisfied with the editing part.” Sai Pallavi played the female lead in this flick, which is based on the lives of fishermen from Matchelesam. Devi Sri Prasad composed the tunes.
