There is a solid buzz around NTR’s PAN Indian action drama Devara. The movie, directed by Koratala Siva, is scheduled to hit the big screens on 27th September. The songs released to date have received smashing response from the audience. The theatrical trailer is expected to come out on 10th September.
The pre-sales have already commenced in the USA and the movie is setting the cash registers ringing even before its release. As per the latest update, Devara’s pre-sales have zoomed past the $500K mark in this territory for premiere shows alone. Kalki 2898 AD holds the record for the highest premieres among Telugu films, and NTR fans are hopeful that Devara will outshine Prabhas’ record.
Janhvi Kapoor plays the leading lady and Devara marks her South Indian debut. Sudhakar Mikkilineni and Kosaraju Harikrishna are producing this big-ticket entertainer under the banners of NTR Arts and Yuvasudha Arts. Bollywood actor Saif Ali Khan plays the antagonist.
