Pan-Indian star Prabhas’ much-anticipated film Kalki 2898 AD is set to hit theaters this Thursday, and excitement is building thanks to the impressive promotional efforts by the makers. Deepika Padukone joins Prabhas in this epic.
As the movie’s release approaches, several theories have surfaced, including one about actor Rana Daggubati’s involvement. According to rumours, Rana played Duryodhana, the main antagonist from the Mahabharata. However, despite his appearances in offline promotions, the makers have not confirmed his participation. If the rumours are true, director Nag Ashwin has cast the perfect actor to play the baddie. In just two days, we will find out whether Rana is indeed part of the movie.
In addition to Prabhas, the film boasts a star-studded cast, including Amitabh Bachchan, Kamal Haasan, Deepika Padukone, Disha Patani, Mrunal Thakur, Sobhana, Pasupathy, Anna Ben, Brahmanandam, Rajendra Prasad, and others in pivotal roles. Produced by Vyjayanthi Movies, this epic features music by composer Santhosh Narayanan and will be released in 3D, IMAX and 4DX formats.
