Leading Tollywood producer Dil Raju is releasing the Telugu version of Mollywood stars Mohanlal and Prithviraj Sukumaran’s highly anticipated pan-India action drama, L2E’ Empuraan. The film is gearing up for its world theatrical release on a massive scale on March 27, 2025.
During the film’s Telugu version’s pre-release event in Hyderabad, Dil Raju was all praise for maverick Tollywood directors Rajamouli and Sukumar and sensational Sandalwood filmmaker Prashanth Neel. “With the Baahubali franchise, Rajamouli garu showed us how to take our cinema to a global level. This was followed by Prashanth Neel’s KGF franchise and Sukumar’s Pushpa franchise. I’m sure Prithviraj garu will follow suit with L2E: Empuraan,” said Dil Raju.
Also starring Manju Warrier, Tovino Thomas, Suraj Venjaramoodu, Saniya Iyappan, Abhimanyu Singh, and Indrajith Sukumaran in key roles, L2E: Empuraan is jointly produced by Lyca Subaskaran, Antony Perumbavoor, and Gokulam Gopalan. L2E is a sequel to the 2019 blockbuster political action thriller, Lucifer.
