Released in 2019, F2 (Fun and Frustration) was a huge blockbuster at the box office. This out-and-out family entertainer had Venkatesh, Varun Tej, Tamannaah and Mehreen Pirzada in lead roles. Directed by Anil Ravipudi, the film was produced by leading Telugu filmmaker Dil Raju.
And here is an exciting update. The latest updates reveal that Dil Raju is in plans to remake F2 in Hindi. What’s even more interesting is that F2 director Anil Ravipudi himself will be helming this crazy remake. The Hindi version of F2 is expected to feature some popular A-list Bollywood stars. More details about this development will be out in the coming days.
F2 went on to collect over Rs 180 crore gross at the box office worldwide, including a massive $2 million gross in North America. A sequel to F2, titled F3, and featuring the same cast, released in 2022, and it was also a huge hit at the box office.
