Tamil star Suriya’s ambitious period action drama, Kanguva, is one of the most eagerly awaited biggies which will be hitting screens in 2024. The film’s action-packed teaser raised expectations among fans and trade circles. The film is expected to release in summer 2024 in as many as 10 languages in 2D and 3D formats.
Kanguva has entered the most crucial phase today. The film’s final schedule has commenced in the picturesque Southeast Asian country of Thailand. Suriya and other crew members landed in Bangkok yesterday to kick-start the shoot for the 3 week-long schedule. The latest schedule will take place in the dense forests of Thailand. After wrapping up the Thailand schedule, Team Kanguva will fly back to Chennai for a minor patchwork. The entire shoot will be wrapped up by November.
Kanguva also has Bollywood stars Disha Patani and Bobby Deol, Jagapathi Babu and Yogi Babu in lead roles. The Siva directorial features a soundtrack composed by Devi Sri Prasad. Leading Tamil and Telugu production houses Studio Green and UV Creations are jointly bankrolling this prestigious project.
