Bollywood star hero Akshay Kumar’s next theatrical release is Kesari Chapter 2. Akshay plays Sir Chettur Sankaran Nair, the lawyer who played a pivotal role in India’s fight against colonial oppression. Kesari 2 depicts the monumental courtroom battle that happened after the Jallianwala Bagh massacre. Directed by Karan Singh Tyagi, the film also features Madhavan and Ananya Panday in key roles. Karan Johar produced it.

There is a good level of anticipation for this flick, and here is the first review from Rana Daggubati, which will surely delight Akshay fans. The Tollywood actor watched the film at a special screening and called it an incredible historical courtroom drama. Rana wrote, “Kesari 2 is a powerful and important film that stands tall and stays deep with the Indian in you.”

Bowled over by the storytelling, Rana Daggubati decided to bring this Akshay Kumar starrer to the Telugu audiences through Suresh Productions. The Hindi version is slated for a grand release on April 18, and we need to see whether or not the Telugu dubbed version releases on the same date.
