Ram Charan’s Game Changer is set to hit the screens in a few hours. The movie has decent buzz thanks to Ram Charan’s stardom, but at the same time, it is carrying Indian 2 baggage. Shankar was severely criticized for the way he made Indian 2, but movie buffs are a little optimistic that he will make a strong comeback with Game Changer.
According to trade pundits, Game Changer must collect 220 crores share globally to be termed a hit. So the film has to earn over Rs. 400 crores gross to attain the breakeven mark. In Telugu states, the movie should rake in Rs. 131 crores share to be called a successful venture. In foreign markets the film has done a business of Rs. 25 crores. The movie must collect Rs. 64 crores in the rest of India.
Though the buzz is not so high, Ram Charan can still turn the tables if the content meets expectations. The film marks the first collaboration between Shankar and Ram Charan. SJ Suryah, Kiara Advani, Anjali, Srikanth, Jayaram, and others played vital roles.
