Recently, Devi Sri Prasad was replaced by Thaman and Sam CS for the background score of the much-awaited PAN Indian film Pushpa 2: The Rule. This decision by the makers startled movie buffs. Also, there have been reports that DSP will be replaced by GV Prakash Kumar for the background score of Ajith’s Good Bad Ugly.
Today, GV Prakash Kumar himself confirmed that he is composing the score for the Ajith starrer. Further, the music director firmly stated that Good Bad Ugly’s background score would be the best in Ajith’s career. It is being said that GV Prakash Kumar has prioritised Good Bad Ugly over other projects and that he will be completing the work as soon as possible.
Interestingly, both Pushpa 2 and Good Bad Ugly are backed by Mythri Movie Makers. Today at the press meet of Robinhood, Mythri Ravi Shankar stated that they are planning to bring Good Bad Ugly to the theatres during Pongal season, but he added that nothing has been decided yet. Depending on the progress of post-production works, the makers will determine the release date.
