Macho Star Gopichand is teaming up with acclaimed director Sankalp Reddy (Ghazi, IB 71) for a grand historical drama. The film, tentatively titled Gopichand 33, was officially launched in Hyderabad with a pooja ceremony attended by the cast and crew.
Produced by Srinivasaa Chitturi under the Srinivasaa Silver Screen banner, with Pavan Kumar as the presenter, the film is set in the 7th century and explores a forgotten chapter of Indian history. Sankalp Reddy, known for his technical brilliance, is venturing into new territory, promising a visually spectacular and culturally rich cinematic experience.
Gopichand will be seen in a never-before-seen role, highlighting his versatility. The film boasts a strong technical crew, including cinematographer Manikandhan S (HIT 1, HIT 2, Geetha Govindam, Saindhav), production designer Chinna, and action choreographer Prudhvi Master.
