Although she didn’t appear on-screen in the blockbuster Kalki 2898 AD, her voice brought the AI bot Bujji, Prabhas’ digital companion in the movie, to life.
In a recent interview, Keerthy revealed that she was initially offered a different role by director Nag Ashwin but chose to decline. Her desire to be part of the project remained strong, leading Ashwin to suggest she voice Bujji—a role she eagerly embraced.
Keerthy’s portrayal of Bujji has been widely praised for adding depth to the character. However, she has kept details of the original role she turned down under wraps, sparking curiosity among fans.
