The makers of Indian 2 have locked July 12th as the release date. This Kamal Haasan starrer, directed by Shankar, is the sequel to the 1996 vigilante action drama Indian. The film was a rage among the audience back then, and the dubbed versions also left an indelible mark. Hence, all eyes are on Indian 2.
The musical promotions will commence tomorrow, with the makers unveiling the first single, Paaraa. The song will be released tomorrow at 5 PM, and its promo is coming out this evening at 5 PM. The Telugu song is titled the film will be released as Bharateeyudu 2 in Telugu. Shankar is known for aggressive promotions, and we need to see what he has up his sleeve for Indian 2’s marketing.
Lyca Productions, in association with Red Giant Movies, bankrolled this crazy project, and Anirudh Ravichander composed the tunes. Kajal Aggarwal is the leading lady. Indian franchise will have a threequel as well, and the third installment will be released six months after Indian 2.
