Jawan continues to draw audiences to theatres even in its 6th week



Gone are the days when films used to run for months in theatres. Of late, the theatrical business of movies is reaching a saturation point in about two to three weeks. At such a time, Shah Rukh Khan’s Jawan is drawing crowds to the theatres even in its sixth week. The National Cinema Day on Friday (October 13) has given the film a solid push.

Despite new releases like Fureky 3, Mission Raniganj, and Thank You For Coming, Jawan is still attracting filmgoers. The exceptional long run shows that Jawan is a blockbuster of all proportions. The movie is already an industry hit in Bollywood by collecting about 576 crores nett from its Hindi version. The worldwide gross is approximately 1135 crores.

Jawan has amassed significant numbers from South India, too, showing the ultimate stardom and fan following of King Khan. Atlee and Shah Rukh Khan have indeed provided solid commercial treat to movie lovers all across, and the result is visible through record-breaking collections.
