Kollywood star Suriya’s ambitious period action-fantasy drama, Kanguva, is scheduled to open in cinemas worldwide on November 14. The makers of this high-budget pan-India entertainer have kicked off the promotions in Mumbai and New Delhi recently.
Team Kanguva, including Suriya, Bobby Deol, director Siva, and Disha Patani, will land in Hyderabad later today to promote the film’s Telugu version. The team will first interact with the Telugu film media, and then Suriya and Bobby Deol will be heading to shoot for Nandamuri Balakrishna’s popular talkshow, Unstoppable With NBK, later in the evening.
While Suriya’s fan base across the twin Telugu states needs no introduction, Bobby Deol attained a newfound stardom among his Telugu fans for his villainous act in Rambir Kapoor’s Animal. His presence in Hyderabad will surely generate a solid buzz for Kanguva. Studio Green and UV Creations banners jointly bankrolled Kanguva, while Devi Sri Prasad composed the music.
