Kollywood versatile actor Karthi will be next seen in the movie Meiyazhagan. The Telugu version is named Sathyam Sundaram. Arvind Swamy is playing another lead role, and the heartwarming entertainer is set to release this Friday. The Telugu version releases on Saturday. The makers unveiled the Tamil trailer this morning, and now the Telugu trailer is out on YouTube.
Prem Kumar of 96 fame has directed Sathyam Sundaram, and it appears that the director will once again weave 96’s magic. The trailer provides a lovely feeling without even disclosing what the story will look like, and that’s the best part of it. Sathyam Sundaram majorly revolves around the camaraderie between Karthi and Arvind Swamy. Arvind Swamy is Karthi’s brother-in-law, and they both meet at a marriage after a long period of time.
Karthi shows unconditional love for his brother-in-law. Though Arvind Swamy is irritated initially, he gets along well with Karthi after a point in time. While the first part of the trailer depicts the lead actors’ lovely bonding, the latter part turns emotional, assuring us of a rollercoaster ride. It looks like Karthi will win both hearts and box office with this flick.
The Telugu version’s pre-release event is scheduled today at the Park Hyatt Hotel in Hyderabad. Suriya produced Sathyam Sundaram under the 2D Entertainment banner. Sri Divya, Rajkiran, Swathi, Devadarshini, Jayaprakash, and Sri Ranjani are playing prominent roles in the movie. Govind Vasantha has composed the tunes.
