Laila fails on OTT: Vishwak Sen’s film rejected by home audiences

Vishwak Sen’s latest film, Laila, failed to impress audiences in theaters and had a short run at the box office. Directed by Ram Narayan and starring Akanksha Sharma as the female lead, the film has now premiered on Amazon Prime Video.
However, its OTT release has not improved its reception. Viewers who watched Laila on streaming have expressed disappointment, criticising its content and Vishwak Sen’s choice of films. The movie has been outrightly rejected by netizens, failing to create any positive buzz in the digital space.
Produced by Sahu Garapati, Laila also features Abhimanyu Singh, Babloo Prithiveeraj, Kamakshi, and others in key roles. With music composed by Leon James, the film continues to struggle despite its availability on OTT.
