Lal Salaam, which features Superstar Rajinikanth in a special role, is up for a grand release this Friday. The movie has Vishnu Vishal and Vikrant in the lead roles, and it is directed by Aishwarya Rajinikanth. The film is based on Cricket and Communism.
The movie has completed the censor formalities, and the CBFC board awarded a U/A certificate. The approved runtime of the film is 2 hours and 32 minutes, which is normal for a biggie. Legendary Indian cricketer Kapil Dev is playing a crucial cameo. The movie will be out in multiple languages on February 9 but the promotions are yet to begin for the dubbed versions.
Lal Salaam also features Jeevitha Rajasekhar, Nirosha, Vivek Prasanna, Dhanya Balakrishna, Vignesh, Senthil, and Adithya Menon. Subaskaran of Lyca Productions produced this project. Academy-award-winning AR Rahman composed the tunes.
