Martin Luther King director urges film stars and politicians to support her movie

Sampoornesh’s Martin Luther King, the recently released rural political drama, received decent reviews from critics. Even the word of mouth among movie lovers is quite encouraging, and the team is leaving no stone unturned to bring more visibility to the movie.

Puja Aparna Kolluru, the young debutant who directed Martin Luther King, has chosen an admirable strategy to ensure her maiden movie reaches a maximum number of netizens on social media. She took to X and tagged several popular Telugu film stars and political leaders from the twin Telugu states and urged them to support Martin Luther King.

Describing Martin Luther King as a story of a common man turning into a hero and voter being a King, Puja went on to urge the celebrities to attend a special screening of her film to get their response. Thanks to Puja’s efforts, several film personalities and netizens have been coming up with their appreciation for the film.

Martin Luther King also features senior character artiste Naresh and C/o Kancharapalem director Venkatesh Maha in lead roles. The film is an official remake of the acclaimed Tamil drama, Mandela.
