The popular crime thriller series Mirzapur recently released its third season on Amazon Prime Video, and the makers have exciting news: a Mirzapur movie is officially in development.
An official teaser has been dropped, revealing Gurmmeet Singh as the director and Puneet Krishna as the writer. The movie is scheduled for release in 2026 and will have an eight-week theatrical window before it premieres on Amazon Prime Video. Additionally, fans can look forward to Mirzapur Season 4, which is also in the works.
Produced by Ritesh Sidhwani and Farhan Akhtar, with co-producers Kassim Jagmagia and Vishal Ramchandani, the film will feature Pankaj Tripathi, Ali Fazal, Divyenndu, and Abhishek Banerjee in pivotal roles. More details will be revealed soon.
