Gopichand and Sreenu Vaitla’s Viswam is now running in theatres. The action comedy entertainer received mixed reviews from critics. Kavya Thapar played the female lead. Today, the makers conducted a success meet in Hyderabad, which was attended by the whole cast and crew.
Actor Naresh, who played a pivotal role in the film, made an interesting comment at the event. He said, “Viswam is a combination of fun, action, and emotion. It had all the elements to be qualified as a Dusshera hit. Viswam is the only big hit from Tollywood in 2024. I am very happy for that. I am thankful to my co-stars, director, and producers.”
Naresh is receiving huge flak from netizens on social media as Tollywood delivered multiple hits this year, including HanuMan, Tillu Square, Kalki 2898 AD, and Devara. A few are of the opinion that Naresh took a jibe at some films, while some say that he said those words at the slip of the tongue.
