NTR is currently in Goa shooting for Devara, a raw and rustic action drama. The star actor plays dual roles as father and son in this flick, which Koratala Siva is directing. Devara is being made as a two-part film, and the makers initially announced April 5 as the release date for Devara: Part 1. The film’s antagonist Saif Ali Khan got injured and this resulted in the production delay. Hence the release got postponed to October 10.
For the last few days, there has been a buzz in the industry that Devara will be preponed to September 27. Pawan Kalyan’s OG, which is actually scheduled for release on September 27, is now postponed to next year, and hence, Devara is looking to take OG’s date. The release date is almost confirmed, and we will get the official announcement soon.
Netflix holds the post-theatrical streaming rights of Devara. The first single Fear Song is ruling the internet with movie buffs going gaga over it. Janhvi Kapoor is the female lead. Srikanth and Shine Tom Chacko are playing vital roles. Anirudh Ravichander is composing the tunes.
