NTR’s Devara becomes the first-ever Indian movie to achieve this feat in Aus & NZ

Another day, another record for NTR’s soon-to-release pan-India action drama, Devara. Even before hitting theaters, this highly anticipated film is erasing several existing records at the global box office. Now, the Koratala Siva directorial has pulled off yet another major feat for any Indian movie in Australia and New Zealand.

Devara has become the first-ever Indian movie to have the highest number of Dolby Atmos shows in Australia and New Zealand. The movie is releasing on 13 screens in Australia and 3 screens in New Zealand. Apart from these two key overseas destinations, the film will also release in Fiji and Papua New Guinea. Noted overseas distribution house Tollywood Movies is releasing the movie in the above four countries.

Devara also features Bollywood stars Saif Ali Khan and Janhvi Kapoor in lead roles. Nandamuri Kalyan Ram, Mikkilineni Sudhakar, and Kosaraju Hari Krishna jointly bankrolled this high-budget entertainer, while Anirudh Ravichander composed the soundtrack. Amid sky-high expectations, the film will open in cinemas worldwide on September 27.
