Ulaganayagan Kamal Haasan’s Thug Life is currently in the production phase. The film marks Kamal Haasan’s reunion with iconic director Mani Ratnam after three decades. Today, the team officially welcomed versatile actor Simbu on board.
The makers further issued a press note mentioning that Thug Life would be hitting the silver screens later this year. This has come as a sweet surprise to fans. Initially, there was a buzz that the makers were planning to release the film in 2025 Summer, but now the press note states otherwise.
Trisha, Aishwarya Lekshmi, Gautham Karthik, and Nasser are playing vital roles. The film is being produced by Kamal Haasan, Mani Ratnam, R. Mahendran, and Siva Ananth. Oscar-winning music director AR Rahman is scoring the tunes.
