While there’s no official update on the exact deal, the ongoing buzz reveals that Phars Films has acquired Jana Nayagan’s overseas rights for a whopping Rs 75 crore.
Jana Nayagan is touted as an official remake of Balakrishna’s Bhagavanth Kesari. Starring Pooja Hegde as the female lead, the prestigious project is being directed by H Vinoth and produced under the KVN Productions banner. Anirudh Ravichander is the film’s music composer. Bobby Deol and Mamitha Baiju will be seen in crucial roles in this high-budget entertainer.
