It’s official now. As being speculated, Kollywood star Vijay’s highly anticipated action entertainer, Jana Nayagan, has been confirmed for Pongal festive release in January next year. Also starring star heroine Pooja Hegde in a lead role, this high-budget entertainer will be hitting theaters worldwide on January 9, 2026.
Jana Nayagan’s production formalities are nearing completion. The makers have wrapped up over eighty percent of the shoot, with Vijay set to wrap up his part by April. The film is rumored to be an official remake of Balakrishna’s Bhagavanth Kesari. However, the makers are yet to make the news official.
