After creating an enormous buzz with intriguing posters and captivating behind-the-scenes stills, the talented young director, Pavan Sadineni, has unveiled the highly-anticipated first trailer of his upcoming Telugu suspense web series titled Dayaa. This thrilling OTT show, created exclusively for Disney Plus Hotstar, features the acclaimed actor JD Chakravarthy in the lead role.
The trailer immediately grips viewers with the mysterious case of Kavita, a news reporter who goes missing. In a twist of fate, Dayaa, a van driver responsible for delivering fish to the market, discovers her lifeless body in his van. Filled with fear, Dayaa attempts to dispose of the deceased but finds himself pursued by the police, who believe he is the prime suspect. Why is the dead body in Dayaa’s van? Does Dayaa harbour a shocking past? Who is responsible for Kavita’s murder, and what could be the motive? The series itself holds the key to unravelling these secrets.
The expertly edited trailer, accompanied by a suspenseful score, successfully raises expectations for the series.
