In a tragic incident, Mark Shankar Pawanovich, the younger son of Andhra Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister and Jana Sena Party chief Pawan Kalyan, was injured in a fire accident at his school in Singapore. The accident occurred during school hours and resulted in injuries to Mark’s hands and legs. He also suffered from complications due to smoke inhalation and is currently receiving treatment in a hospital in Singapore.
The news reached Pawan Kalyan while he was on a scheduled tour of the Alluri Sitarama Raju district, where he was engaging with tribal communities and reviewing development programs. Despite receiving immediate suggestions from his team and officials to halt the tour and rush to Singapore, Pawan Kalyan chose to honor a promise he made to the tribal people of Kuridi village near Araku.
“I assured the villagers that I would visit and discuss their issues personally. I will fulfill that commitment before heading to Singapore,” he reportedly stated. He also emphasized the importance of inaugurating the pre-planned development programs before concluding his tour.
After wrapping up his visit in the tribal areas, Pawan Kalyan is expected to reach Visakhapatnam, from where arrangements are being made for his travel to Singapore to be with his son.
Mark Shankar’s condition is reported to be stable, and doctors are closely monitoring his recovery. The incident has drawn concern and support from fans, well-wishers, and the general public, with many expressing hopes for a speedy recovery for the young boy.
