Ram Charan is now working on the rural sports action drama Peddi, directed by Buchi Babu Sana of Uppena fame. Venkata Satish Kilaru of Vriddhi Cinemas is producing the film on a massive scale. Ram Charan and his wife, Upasana Konidela, usually send gifts to their near and dear ones on special occasions.
Charan recently celebrated his 40th birthday, and on this occasion, the adorable couple sent Buchi Babu a gift set that included Lord Sri Ram’s Padukas, a personalized travel kit, a Cheriyal Hanuman mask hand-painted by artisans from Telangana, a Hanuman Chalisa, and an appreciation letter. Buchi Babu took to social media to express his happiness.

Coming to Peddi, the biggie stars Bollywood actress Janhvi Kapoor as the female lead. Shiv Rajkumar, Mirzapur fame Divvyendu, and Jagapathi Babu will be seen in key roles. AR Rahman is composing the tunes. The first glimpse will be out on April 6.
