Amid unprecedented craze and expectations, Allu Arjun and Sukumar’s action drama, Pushpa 2: The Rule, released in cinemas worldwide a couple of nights ago. The much-awaited sequel is ruling the roost at the global box office, especially in North America, where it amassed a whopping $3.4M from the premiere shows.

On its first day (excluding premiere shows), Pushpa 2 collected $832K from 687 locations as of 3 PM PST. The Telugu version led with $541K, followed by Hindi at $175K, while Tamil ($14K), Malayalam ($3K), and Kannada ($66) contributed modest amounts.

The film is projected to enter the $1.5 million club by the end of its first day, solely from day-one earnings. When combined with its strong premiere night collections, the total earnings are expected to reach an impressive $5 million, reflecting its exceptional opening performance across formats and regions.
