Allu Arjun and Sukumar’s acclaimed action drama, Pushpa The Rise, was released in 2021 and went on to become a massive success across the globe. The film was a decent grosser even in Tamil, and it consolidated Allu Arjun’s fan base across Tamil Nadu. Needless to say, the hype and expectations for the film’s sequel, Pushpa The Rule, are unprecedented in the country.

And here is an exciting update for all the Allu Arjun fans. The leading Kollywood production house, AGS Entertainment, has acquired the rights to release Pushpa 2 in Tamil Nadu. AGS Entertainment is currently bankrolling Thalapathy Vijay and director Venkat Prabhu’s GOAT, which is slated for release in September.

Pushpa The Rule, also starring Fahadh Faasil and Rashmika Mandanna in lead roles, along with several popular pan-India actors, is being produced under the Mythri Movie Makers and Sukumar Writings banners. Devi Sri Prasad is composing the music for the movie. Pushpa 2 is gearing up for its world theatrical release on December 6.
