Hero Ravi Teja’s highly-anticipated spy thriller, Eagle, released yesterday amid sky-high expectations. Even though the film’s overseas and early morning shows opened to mixed to average reviews, the evening and night shows picked up and posted decent numbers at the ticket counters thanks to the positive word of mouth.
Now, Eagle’s day 1 box office numbers have arrived, and the film has taken a flying start all over the world. As per the latest updates from the film’s PR team, Eagle collected a cool Rs 11.90 Cr gross at cinemas worldwide. The advance bookings for Saturday and Sunday look quite promising, and the film is expected to gain strength with the patronage of the Mass Maharaja’s fans and young audiences.
